Pricing & Orders
How much does a card cost?
$10 flat per card, including printing on premium card stock, a stamp, and USPS First-Class mailing with tracking. No subscriptions, no minimums, no hidden fees.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes. Orders of 25 or more get automatic tiered pricing \u2014 send 100 cards for less per card than sending 1. Bulk pricing shows on the checkout page as you add cards.
Do you offer business accounts?
Yes. Reach out via contact to set up an invoiced monthly billing account, API access, or integration with your CRM.
Turnaround & Delivery
How fast will my card arrive?
We print and drop at USPS the same business day if you upload before 2pm PT. USPS First-Class delivery is typically 3\u20135 business days within the U.S.
Can I send internationally?
Currently U.S. addresses only. International delivery is on our roadmap \u2014 let us know if you need it, we prioritize based on demand.
Do I get a tracking number?
Every card ships with a USPS tracking number, emailed to you automatically when it leaves our facility.
Customization
Can I upload my own design?
Absolutely. PDF, DOCX, JPG, or PNG up to 25MB. We print exactly what you send, full bleed, on premium card stock.
Do you offer a card designer?
Yes \u2014 type your message, pick a style, and we handle typography, logo placement, and colors using your brand palette. No design skills needed.
What sizes and paper stocks do you offer?
Standard 5x7 folded card on 110lb premium card stock is the default. Other sizes and finishes (matte, glossy, linen) available for bulk orders \u2014 contact us for specs.
Privacy & Trust
Is my content private?
Files are encrypted at rest in S3 and deleted automatically 7 days after print. We never look at your content, never share it, and never train any model on it.
Do I need to create an account?
No account required for single cards. We email you a receipt and tracking link. Create a free account if you want to save addresses or see order history.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund within 2 hours of placing an order, before we print. After printing, we will reprint and re-mail at no cost if anything was wrong on our end. Full policy on the Refund page.
